Season Launched February 25, 2026<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

We\u2019re excited to welcome you back for another season of the TRC57 Speaker Series \u2014 a free, virtual public education experience exploring how reconciliation is practiced through learning, responsibility, and relationship with the Land and one another.<\/p>\n

This season takes the form of a book study, bringing together authors from the anthology Resurgence and Reconciliation: Indigenous\u2013Settler Relations and Earth Teachings<\/i>. Across the series, speakers will reflect on Indigenous laws, land-based teachings, stories, and responsibilities that continue to shape how we live together today.<\/p>\n

Together, the series explores a central guiding question:<\/p>\n

What if reconciliation is not a destination, but a practice \u2014 one learned through attention, responsibility, and care over time?<\/h4>\n

Each session invites participants to engage deeply with the ideas in the anthology while connecting them to public service, community life, and personal learning journeys.<\/p>\n

Recordings from past seasons continue to reach thousands of viewers and are widely used in schools, post-secondary courses, professional development, and independent study across Canada.<\/p>\n
